What are Nuvet products made of & how do I care for them?
Change your sheets and Nuvet cover as often as you'd like - we made it easy for that reason!
Our ultra-luxe 100% Supima cotton products are super durable. Even with frequent washing you won't see shrinkage, pilling, or fading colors!
(But we recommend washing sheets once a week)

How does shipping work?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or guaranteed delivery on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email with updates on your shipment.
Timing of the delivery of your item is contingent on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free shipping on all ground shipped items! Expedited shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
How does the 30 day risk free trial work?
If your Nuvet Home product does not meet your expectations we are happy to it take it back and issue you a refund or exchange! We are able to accept returns or exchange requests within 30 days of your purchase. If your issue is related to the product quality (i.e. damaged in shipping, tears or stains, etc.) we are happy to issue you a full refund to your payment method on file.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us at support@nuvethome.com.
Returns
To return your product, please email support@nuvethome.com with your order number and email used to place the order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds will take 3-5 days for processing, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the timeframe determined by your bank.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged reasons outside of Nuvet Home's control
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@nuvethome.com.
Sale Item Returns
Only regular priced items may be returned for refunds, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@nuvethome.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
